Return Policies
Toner Supplies Online is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Shipping is non-refundable*
• A 15% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
• Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.00

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Toner Supplies Online is at the customer's expense and varies according to the purchase price of the order. All items will be shipped insured. 

Shipping prices are as follows:

Shipping and handling on sales under $300.00 is  -                                            $  7.99

Shipping and handling on sales from $300.00 to $1,499 is   -                            $12.99

Shipping and handling on sales over $1,500 -                                             call for pricing

PRODUCTS SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THEY ARE PURCHASED.

TRACKING IS AVAILABLE on the day after your order is placed.  To begin tracking your package you can
